The 14A's took on Aughrim Rangers at Whitegates tonight and continued their excellent start to the season with a fine 4-0 victory. The game was totally controlled by Rovers from start to finish against a spirited Aughrim side. Rovers were on the front foot from the start with the away side restricted to the odd venture into the Rovers half. But to Aughrim's credit they held out and went in at the break on level terms. Rovers made no mistake in the second half and when they went in front as early as the first minute of the second period they never looked back. Naoise O'Dubhslaine fired home a brace with Sean Patrick Guerin and David Johnston adding one a piece in what was a very impressive team performance.
