The under 12 Green team entertained Arklow Town Whites at Whitegates this morning but unfortunately for Rovers they lost out 2-0. Arklow were quickest out of the traps and hit Rovers with two quick fire goals in the first five minutes and much that Rovers tried they never recovered from this setback. The team gave it everything in their efforts to get back into it but found a stubborn Arklow defence in no mood to be breached.
