Everyone at Wicklow Rovers AFC would like to extend their sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Sally Scully née Kelly of St Laurence’s Park and formerly of Glenview Road, Wicklow Town who sadly passed away recently. Sally’s husband Gerry played a major role developing the junior end of the club over the years taking up several positions on our committee as well as managing and coaching teams. Her sons Gerry, David and James all played for the club. The Scully family have long been associated with club and remain very much active with some of Sally’s grandchildren now playing in the junior section. Our thoughts and prayers are with Gerry snr, her daughter Martina, sons Gerry, David and James, her sisters Essie, Anne, Marguerite, Jean and Anna, brothers Mosey and Billy, her grandchildren, her extended family and friends. May she rest in peace.
