Today marks a landmark moment in the history of Wicklow Rovers AFC as we proudly unveil our brand-new club crest!

This bold symbol is designed to celebrate our 50 years of history while affirming our commitment to an exciting future for our club and the Wicklow community. The unveiling represents an evolution, not a revolution- a crucial step as we continue to grow and modernise our club. As we undertake significant development across all levels- from infrastructure improvements at Whitegates to enhanced talent pathways- the new crest will serve as a constant reminder of who we are and where we come from.

"This crest captures everything Wicklow Rovers stands for- our history, our ambition, and our connection to the town," said Ross Byrne, Club Secretary. "It’s a fresh chapter for the club, one that honours those who built it and inspires the next generation to carry it forward." 

By anchoring our transformation in tradition, we ensure that every player, from the three-year-olds in the Saturday Academy to our Senior Men and Women, wears the proud history of Wicklow on their chest. We proudly reaffirm our signature colours: Green for our roots in the Wicklow meadows, and White for the quality and high standards we set.
