Our U10 Yellow squad travelled down to Lamberton today for a 12:00 PM kick-off against Arklow Town. Despite a four-week hiatus from competitive matches, the lads showed absolutely no signs of rustiness, delivering a brilliant all-round performance that was a joy to watch!
It was fantastic to see the boys expertly knocking the ball around and showcasing their passing game at such a young age. The pitch witnessed a great game of football, marked by teamwork and clinical finishing from the Rovers attack.
The goal scorers on the day were:
- Sam Bewley with a fantastic brace (2 goals)
- Jude Kajani with a superb brace (2 goals)
- Daniel Collins with one well-taken finish
