After their Blackpool travels last week, an early 10am ko didn't phase our under 13B's in their league cup quarter final this morning at Whitegates. Alex Philippon was on hand to slot home on five minutes after Chris Delahunt's powerful shot was only parried by the Eniskerry keeper. It was Delahunt again on nine minutes with a superb shot from twenty yards that sailed over the keeper, giving him no chance  2 -0 at half time.

The second half was much of the same, with neither team making the best of their chances. Enniskerry went clos,  hitting the post on 45 minutes. But a hand ball and penalty to Rovers finished the gam,  and Eoghan Quinn rifled the penalty,  giving the keeper no chance. Quinn also added a fourth on sixty four minutes when the ball fell nicely, and he slotted home.

Well done to Enniskerry, who battled hard, but it's Rovers name that is in the hat for the Semi Final. A good team performance from the lads.
